KATHY TROPICAL PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. instant lemon pudding mix
16 oz. fruit cocktail & syrup
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend all ingredients except nuts and brown sugar. Beat together. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 350 degrees until done. Do not underbake. Spoon hot buttered glaze over warm cake.

BUTTER GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts

Combine butter, brown sugar and milk. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts, spread on cake.
