TROPICAL FRUIT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
3 eggs
1 c. coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. In large bowl, blend cake mix, fruit cocktail, and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle coconut over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Serves 12.
