A GREAT GREEK HUMMUS 
2 cloves garlic
2 (15 oz ea.) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 cup real lemon juice
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp. oil*
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt

Note: To add more flavor, use 2 tablespoons basil flavored oil and 2 tablespoons Mediterranean herb dipping oil or anything that is your favorite.

Drop garlic into a blender or food processor with motor running, whirl to mince. Add rest of ingredients. Whirl until smooth. Scrape into a serving bowl or store in airtight container.

Makes about 3 cups.
