ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. fresh spinach leaves
1 c. cherry tomato halves
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion (green top are best)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
1 c. sunflower seeds

Mix all together (cheese and seeds added right before serving.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. EACH of vinegar, sugar and salad oil
1/2 tsp. EACH of salt, pepper and garlic salt

Mix together and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
