CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 
This recipe can be adapted to use any seasonal fresh fruits such as strawberries in place of the cherries or peaches in place of the apple.

2 (15 oz. ea.) cans fruit cocktail, drained
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 small jar maraschino cherries, halved and drained
1 small to medium apple, finely chopped
1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 to 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Soften cream cheese and mix well with sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Chill for at least 2 hours in refrigerator prior to serving.
