BAKED SPINACH 
2 lb. spinach
6 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Wash and chop spinach. Grease baking dish. Sprinkle flour between layers of spinach. Mix butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over spinach. Combine cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
