CHEESY POTATO SOUP 
3 c. peeled, diced potatoes
2 c. water
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. diced carrots
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dried parsley
2 c. milk
1 c. processed cheese, cubed

Put water in large saucepan. Add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and parsley; cook until tender. Add the milk and cheese. Turn heat to low and simmer until cheese is well melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Actually just fixed this w/o parsley but very good. A little more juicy than I like but for the average person, its perfect. Thanks for letting others try your recipe
