CHEESE POTATO PUFF 
12 med. potatoes
6 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 to 1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Peel potatoes; cook until tender, drain and mash. Add butter, cheese, milk and salt. Beat over low heat until cheese and butter are melted. Fold in eggs and pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until brown and puffy. 10 servings.
