ELSA'S BAR B QUE SAUCE 
4 oz. jar mustard
8 oz. grape jelly
1/2 c. water
2 lb. (Eckridge) smoked sausage (cut up in serving pieces)

Put all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan. Simmer slowly for about 30 minutes. Add sausage to sauce. Simmer about 30 minutes more. Serves about four people.

Recipe can be halved, doubled or tripled according to people to be served. This can be poured onto the meat. Other meat can be used such as chicken, ribs or pork chops.

I absolutely LOVED the taste of this sauce! I cooked the sauce in the microwave, but next time, I am not doing that. I am going to cook it slowly like the recipes states. But, other than that, this is a great recipe! :)
