HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS 
2 med. (1 lb.) Russet potatoes, sliced 1/16 inch thick
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Arrange potato slices in single layer on baking sheet and bake, turning occasionally for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

In small bowl, combine cheese and paprika and sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes. Bake 5 minutes more, let cool. Makes about 2 c or 120 chips. Serves 4-6.
