GRANDMA'S OVERNIGHT BUNS 
2 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water with pinch of sugar
8 c. flour

Combine water, sugar, salt, and oil in mixing bowl. Add cooled milk and dissolved yeast. Add 4 cups flour. Blend at low speed with electric mixer. Beat until smooth. Add remaining flour as needed and beat until smooth. Finish knead by hand.

Put in greased bowl. Let rise. Punch and let rise again. Shape into buns or rolls. Don't place close together. Grease top of each roll with bear oil. Cover each pan with Saran Wrap. Tuck ends of wrap under pans. Let sit overnight undisturbed.

At 7 a.m., bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until browned.
