GRANDMA MAME'S BUN DOUGH 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs
2 tbsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
6 c. flour

In large bowl mix sugar and shortening together. Next add eggs, salt and 2 cups warm water, mix. Next add yeast, mix; then add flour and mix. Cover and let rise until double in size. Work dough down and let rise again. Divide dough in half. Roll 1/2 out to 1/4 inch thick, spread over surface. Next sprinkle brown sugar evenly over dough. Next sprinkle cinnamon evenly over dough, then roll up (like a jelly roll). Cut in 1/2 inch slices, put in greased pan. Let rise until double in size. Repeat same procedure with remaining dough. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
