16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 jar salsa
Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Put in bottom of 8x8 pan. Brown ground beef, drain. Toss in bowl with taco mix. Put ground beef mixture on next. Add chopped onions and pepper on top of ground beef. Pour on jar of salsa. Cover with grated cheese.
