QUICK STROGANOFF 
3 strips bacon
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
1 tsp. paprika
8 oz. sour cream

Cook bacon until crisp, remove from pan and crumble. Saute onion in bacon fat, add ground meat and brown. Drain. Season meat with salt and pepper; stir in mushroom soup and paprika. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over cooked noodles; top with crumbled bacon.
