FROZEN RASPBERRY DESSERT 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries (or strawberries)
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites, at room temperature
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Thaw berries. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat for 15 minutes or until stiff. Fold in whipped cream. Mound in baked pie shell or a 9 x 9 pan. Freeze until firm. Serves 6.
