FROZEN RASPBERRY MACADAMIA
DESSERT
 
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers (20 wafers)
1/2 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts or almonds
1/4 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. orange flavored liqueur or orange juice
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries with syrup, thawed
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press firmly in bottom of 8 inch spring form pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and liqueur; beat until smooth. Add raspberries; beat at low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over cooled crust. Freeze until firm. Just before serving, let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes. 12 servings.
