RASPBERRY & MACADAMIA FROZEN
DESSERT
 
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped nuts (macadamia or almonds)
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix above ingredients for crust and press into 8 inch round pan or baking dish. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees; cool.

FILLING:

1 sweetened condense milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. orange juice
10 oz. frozen raspberries, with syrup
1 c. whipped cream

Combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon and orange juice and beat until smooth. Add raspberries and beat on low speed until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and pour over crust and freeze. Let stand 15 minutes and serve.
