FROZEN CUKES 
2 qts. cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp. coarse salt

Cover this with water and let stand for 2 hours. Drain and put in freezer containers, cover it with brine made of 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar. May warm brine to dissolve and pour over cukes, then freeze.
