CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 (8") pan cornbread, cool
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
1 ripe tomato, chopped
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pt. buttermilk salad dressing
1 c. whole kernel corn (opt.)
1 c. cubed ham (opt.)

Crumble cornbread and toss with all remaining ingredients. Chill 2 hours or longer.
