1 lb. pork sausage links (Oscar Mayer)
12 eggs
8 oz. grated med. cheddar cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can mushroom stems & pieces

Grease sides and bottom of a 9"x13" cake pan. Break dozen eggs into cake pan and partially beat so yolks are broken. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle in 1/2 of cheese. Pour in 1/2 pint whipping cream, sprinkle in mushrooms (cut up), add cubed sausage links. Add rest of cheese. Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
