SPICY BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. each cinnamon and grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. each baking soda, salt and ground cloves
2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, orange peel, baking soda, salt and cloves; mix 1/2 cup flour mixture with blueberries and set aside. Beat remaining flour mixture into creamed mixture. Alternate with juice until well blended. Stir in berry mixture and vanilla. Turn batter into a greased, flour-dusted ten-cup tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert on rack. Drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

Blend 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice until smooth.
