CHEESECAKE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter together and press mixture evenly in bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

CHEESECAKE:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Cream together cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Add eggs and vanilla to mixture and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Mix sugar and sour cream together and spread onto cheesecake. Bake 5 more minutes, then refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
