PAPER CUP FROZEN SALAD | |
2 c. dairy sour cream 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. (30 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained 2 med. bananas, cut into 1/4" slices 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts 1 jar (10 oz.) maraschino cherries, cut into halves Salad greens Mix sour cream, sugar and lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 ice cube trays or into fluted cupcake paper muffin cups which have been placed in muffin pans. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 24 hours. Remove from freezer and refrigerate 15 minutes. Serve on salad greens. 16 servings. |
