CANTONESE STYLE COD 
1 lb. thawed Alaska cod fillets
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sliced celery

Microwave Method: Place cut up fish into pan. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 2 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer. Fish should be flaky. Combine honey and cornstarch in 4 to 8 cup glass measure. Add water, vinegar and soy sauce. Microwave 1 minute or longer until thick. Stir once during cooking. Stir in celery and pineapple. Microwave 1 minute. Serve over cod. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
