HORS D'OEUVRES CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
50 sm. olives, pitted

Blend cheese with butter. Stir in flour and seasoning. Mix well. Wrap 1 teaspoon mixture around each olive. Cover completely. Serve warm. Can be frozen ahead of time.
