SMOKY BEEF BRISKET | |
1 bottle Liquid Smoke 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. onion flakes 1 tsp. paprika 5 or 6 lb. brisket Marinade overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then 22 degrees for 4 hours. The last hour baste with Bar-B-Q sauce (Head Country preferred). Barnstompin' "Rebels" |
