HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 tsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
1 sm. bag miniature marshmallows

ICING:

1 lb. confectioners' sugar
4 tsp. cocoa
4 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. thin cream

Beat eggs; stir in sugar, melted butter and flour to which cocoa has been added. Add vanilla and pecans. Bake in a greased and floured 13"x9"x2" pan at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows. Allow to melt slightly and then cover with icing.
