2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. cabbage, cut up
4 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Put into casserole dish in layers, then pour tomato soup and water over all. Salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Cook in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
