CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken
1 pkg. Vermicelli (broken in thirds)
1 pkg. chopped broccoli

Boil chicken with salt and pepper. Save broth. Bone chicken. Boil Vermicelli in chicken broth. Cook broccoli as directed on package, but add no salt. Drain broccoli.

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt ingredients in saucepan over low heat. Mix chicken, vermicelli, broccoli, and sauce in large casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
