PEANUT APPLE CRISP 
6 or 8 apples (2 lbs.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter

Wash and peel apples. Slice and place in shallow pan. Mix 1/2 of the sugar through the apples. Mix remaining sugar with flour and salt. Cut in butter and peanut butter until mixture is crumbly. Spread mixture over apples. Pour honey over the mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Serve plain, with cream or ice cream.
