PIMIENTO CHEESE | |
3/4 box (lg.) chopped Velveeta cheese 1 sm. can chopped pimientos 1 egg 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. water Beat egg in saucepan. Add vinegar, sugar and flour, beating constantly on medium heat. As it thickens, add 3/4 cup water. Keep stirring until very thick. Let stand 1 minute. Add cheese and pimientos, stirring well. Put into containers. |
