PIMIENTO CHEESE BALL 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded American cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; blend until smooth. Add Swiss and American cheese; beat well. Add pimiento, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and hot sauce; beat well. Chill at least 1 hour; shape into a ball.

Combine potato chips and Parmesan cheese; roll ball in mixture. Chill until firm. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
