PIE CRUST 
6 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. Crisco
2 egg yolks
1 c. ice water
1 tsp. vinegar
Pinch of salt

Cut Crisco and flour until well blended. Add egg yolks, water, salt and vinegar. Divide into 6 equal balls, roll to fit pie plate. These may be folded in wax paper and frozen until ready to use. Take out of freezer and thaw at room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
