2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 whole eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars plum baby food
1/2 tsp. red food coloring

Mix sugar, and oil and add eggs. Beat well. Sift flour and spices together. Add to mixture, then food coloring and plums. Mix well. Grease bundt pan. Add nuts if desired. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Cool on rack for 10 minutes then spread with glaze, or serve plain.

GLAZE:

1 cup powdered sugar, mix with lemon juice and spread over cake.
