POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 to 3 tsp. poppy seeds

In small bowl, combine honey, salt, vinegar and mustard. Gradually add salad oil, beating thoroughly until mixture is well blended. Stir in onion and poppy seeds. Turn into pint jar, cover and chill several hours before serving to blend flavors. Shake well before mixing in the salad and each time before using. Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing.
