MOUNT CARAMEL MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, drained & chopped

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and lightly mix until blended. Gently shape and place into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees.
