BEST - EVER BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Prepare muffin tin with baking cups. Stir all dry ingredients together in large bowl. In a small bowl beat milk, oil and egg using fork or whisk. Make a well in the center of flour and pour in liquid ingredients all at once. Stir quickly until dry ingredients are moistened. The batter will be lumpy. Fold in blueberries. Fill cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
