BAKED CHICKEN WITH BUTTER AND
CREAM
 
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. non fat dry milk
2 1/2 - 3 lb. fryer, cut up or breast or thighs

Combine flour, salt and paprika. Dip chicken in water. Coat with flour mixture. Place chicken skin side down in 9"x13"x2" pan. Slice butter thinly over chicken. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix dry milk with 1 1/2 cups hot water and pour over and around chicken. Return to oven and bake 1 1/4 hours longer or until tender. Remove to hot platter. Serves 3 to 4. This chicken just melts in your mouth.
