BAKED CHICKEN IN BUTTER & CREAM 
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 2 1/2 to 3 lb. ready to cook chicken cut up
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder

Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip chicken in water; coat well with flour mixture. Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish skin side down. Slice butter thinly over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix dry milk powder with 1 1/2 cups of hot water; pour around chicken. Return to oven and bake 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.
