BAKED CHICKEN SALAD | |
2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. toasted almonds 2 tbsp. chopped onions 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. salt 4 chicken breasts, cooked, diced and cooled 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 lg. can chopped mushrooms 1 lg. can chow mein noodles Cook and cool chicken, then remove bones and dice. Combine with all other ingredients except the noodles and place in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with the chow mein noodles and serve. Serves 6. |
