HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
3 pkgs. shredded hash browns, 6 patties thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped or minced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 carton 12 oz. sour cream 10 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese Mix together. Combine 3 cups crumbled corn flakes mixed in 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check after 30 minutes and cover with foil for the last 20 or 30 minutes. CPS |
