EARL'S SUPER CHICKEN 
1 chicken
3 tbsp. oil
1 sm. onion
Garlic (opt.)
2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Salt & season to taste

Cut up chicken, trim fat, skin if desired. Brown lightly in the 3 tablespoons oil. Place in slow cooker. Mix soup, milk and seasoning. Heat in microwave; stir well. Pour over chicken. Cook on low heat for about four hours. Gravy excellent over potatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
