PHILLY MUSHROOMS 
These are just yummy! Personally I think they are nicest hot and are fantastic on the barbecue or as part of your main meal too!

12 mushrooms (with reasonably large caps)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Take your mushroom and remove the stalks. Next ensure you give them a good rinse. When rinsed simply fill each mushroom with a good spoonful of your favorite Philadelphia and wrap each mushroom individually with tin foil, then place in the oven ensuring they are Philly side up for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C) (based on a fan assisted / convection oven).
