BABY QUICHE 
1 pkg. all ready pie crust
1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, cooled
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar
1/3 c. shredded Swiss
1/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar

Combine sausage and cheeses. Separately combine eggs, cream, salt and sugar. Cut pie crust into round circles to fit into small muffin tins. Add egg mixture to 1/2 full. Add sausage and cheese mixture to fill. Cook 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Then 25 minutes at 300 degrees.
