HASH BROWN QUICHE 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded jalapeno cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cream or 1/2 and 1/2
2 eggs
1 c. chopped ham
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Grease 9 inch pie plate with butter. Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press hash browns into pie plate. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

Fill crust with layers of cheese and ham. Beat cream with eggs and salt. Pour over cheese and ham. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
