LOW - CAL HASH BROWNS 
2 c. potatoes, diced sm.
2 tbsp. water
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. Creole seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Put potatoes and water in microwave dish, cook 5 minutes or until potatoes begin to soften. Remove from microwave, place in saute pan coated with Pam. Add all other ingredients, cook until bottom browns, keep stirring and turning until browned to your taste.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
