CREAMY CHEESE POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced, peeled & raw
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. water
Pepper & salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. grated cheese

Put into 10 inch skillet 2 tablespoons melted butter, potatoes, onion, green pepper, water, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, stirring often. Stir in evaporated milk and cheese. Cover and heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens, stirring often. Cook slowly.
