3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms, optional
2 c. stewed tomatoes
Dash pepper
Few drops Tabasco sauce, optional
1/2 tsp. basil

Cook onion, peppers and mushrooms in oil over low heat 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and seasonings; simmer until thick, about 30 minutes.
