SEAFOOD SUNSHINE 
1 lb. shrimp
1 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. butter
1 med. onion
1 stalk celery
1 sm. bell pepper
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt & pepper
2 c. bread crumbs

Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add shrimp; cook until pink. Add crabmeat and bread crumbs (cracker crumbs) and season to taste. Combine cornstarch, evaporated milk and Cheese Whiz in medium saucepan, cook until thick.

Pour half of seafood mixture into a buttered casserole dish. Pour half of cheese mixture on top and top with the remainder of shrimp mixture and cheese mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
