ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs (finely ground)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 eggs

Drain artichokes (save marinade from 1 jar). Saute onion in marinade. Chop artichokes. Beat eggs. Add crumbs, seasonings, parsley, onion, Cheddar cheese and artichokes. Put mixture in a greased 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve hot or cold.
